A magnificent little mountain lake, with a sumptuous panorama of the Mont Blanc range and the Contamines Montjoie valley.

By cable-car: Take the "Gorge" cable-car and then the "Signal" lift. Follow the path in the direction of the "Col du Joly" mountain pass. The lake is on your left at the top of the path. Approximately 20 minutes walk from the top of the second cable-car. Continue on foot to the mountain pass (30 minutes walk). Return on foot or by cable-car.

Access

Take the cable cars from La Gorge and then Le Signal (second section), then follow the path towards Col du Joly. Lac de Roselette is on your left, at the top of the path. Walking time one way: 20 minutes from Le Signal. You can continue on the path to Col du Joly (an additional 30 minutes). The return trip can be made by cable car or on foot.
