Located in Gruffy, in the Bauges massif regional natural park, spacious and bright gîte for 10 people looking for a comfortable and easily accessible place / on one level.
Accommodation with independent access located in a closed complex built around a central courtyard giving the site a pleasant hacienda atmosphere. Vast landscaped grounds with stream and reach reminiscent of the vicinity of an old mill and whose driving force was also used for the sawmill at the origin of this building.
Ideal place for gatherings with family or friends in a quiet and bucolic area!

1 km from the village center, 130m² gîte set up in a group of buildings also including accommodation as well as independent premises dedicated to artistic, creative and culinary workshops offered by the manager of the premises. Large landscaped area around the cottage for walking in complete peace and quiet. Presence of a reach/stream in the immediate vicinity of the lodge.
Entrance with storage (including washing machine) giving access to the living room as well as bedroom 5 (140x190 cm bed) and its independent bathroom (shower, basin on cabinet, WC). Living room consisting of an open fitted kitchen with large central table then a lounge (sofa, armchairs, TV). French window to access the central courtyard. Access from the living room to bedrooms 3 and 4 (each 2 twin 80x190 cm beds) and their PRM accessible bathroom (wall-mounted toilet, basin without furniture, walk-in shower). Space closed by double sliding door. Access corridor to bedrooms 1 and 2 (each 2 twin 80x190 cm beds). Bathroom (shower, double sink on cabinet). Separate WC.
Linens provided. Bathroom linen provided as an option, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. Car access via private road, parking a few meters from the gîte. Private covered terrace in front of the entrance to the gîte with outdoor table. Forest table near the stream. Charcoal barbecue, deck chairs. Charging for electric vehicles in the town center of Gruffy.
Culinary and creative workshops are possible on request. the manager reserves the right to access the workshop room during your stay.
Given the calm of the environment, festive evenings are not possible.
Lake Annecy 20 km, Aix-les-Bains 25 km. A few minutes from the river "Le Chéran" and the Pont de l'Abîme. Semnoz ski area 19 km away and Nordic skiing on the Revard plateau 30 km away. Geneva 57 km. Many hikes nearby.
