Magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding mountains (Aravis massif), for this welcoming gite fitted out on the ground floor of a luxury chalet.
The cottage is ideally located near Megève, Combloux and Saint-Gervais.
Skiing at 1.8km in winter. Large terrace, private garden.

Gîte of 44m2 laid out on one level on the ground floor of the owners' chalet.
Warm atmosphere combining mountain and contemporary spirit.
Independent entrance from the terrace: entrance hall with storage, fitted kitchen open to living area (high table, bench, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 80x190cm can be combined on request into a 160cm bed).
Bathroom with walk-in shower and wc. Sheets are included. Wi-Fi Internet. Ski room.
Private West terrace facing the mountains with garden furniture, relaxation lounge, barbecue and deckchairs. Garden.
Parking next to the cottage. In winter, Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area 1.8km (Princess gondola).
Center of Megève and sports hall (swimming pool, ice rink, tennis...) at 5.5km.
Combloux village center and biotope lake (summer swimming) 3km away. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 9km away.
In summer: many hikes nearby. Chamonix Mont-Blanc 30 minutes by car.
