A dialogue between the Arcachon Basin and Lake Annecy. "I'm lucky enough to have two cultures. The first is my family history in the South-West and the second is my adopted region (Annecy in Haute-Savoie), which has welcomed me with open arms. Every day, I create a real culinary identity from these dual roots". The theme of water is the link between these 2 natural territories.
