The owners live in a house next door. Large common entrance hall on the ground floor for the 3 lodgings.
Access to the gîte via an internal staircase: fitted kitchen open to living room and lounge area (sofa, connected TV, Netflix), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm + 2 beds 90x190cm superimposed).
Shower room with shower, separate wc. Private south-facing terrace with garden furniture (armchairs, bench), electric barbecue. Internet wifi. Parking on site. For your comfort, everything is included: sheets (beds made), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.
The expressway road to Chamonix is located behind the farm: noise pollution reduced taking into account the renovation (only the 4-person room is directly facing the road).
Shops and ski shuttle stop 200m away. Center of Les Houches at 400m. Les Houches ski area 2km away (Bellevue cable car). The cable car is also open in summer (hiking access).
