Near Combloux: magnificent view of the surrounding mountains for this single-storey gite, in a quiet area.
Skiing at 4km in winter. In summer: swimming lake facing Mont-Blanc 2km from the gîte.
Maximum capacity: 3 people

25m2 gîte on one level, on the ground floor of a chalet located in a quiet area, 1km from the village center of Combloux.
Ideal location to explore the Mont-Blanc sector (Megève, Chamonix, Saint-Gervais). Very nice cozy and refined interior atmosphere.
Independent entrance: entrance hall, living room/sleeping area (BZ convertible sofa offering a 140x190cm bed, TV), kitchen (separable by a sliding wall), bathroom (shower), separate wc.
Terrace adjoining the studio with small garden furniture, table and chairs.
Sheets and towels are included. Wi-Fi internet.
Terrace area with table and chairs in front of the gîte. Parking on site.
Village center of Combloux, shops, Tourist Office 1km. In the center of Combloux: summer swimming facing Mont-Blanc in the biotope lake.
In winter, Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area 3km away (Princess gondola lift), Combloux ski area 4km away (station linked to Megève le Jaillet and La Giettaz).
Center of Megève, and Palais des Sports 6km away (10 minutes by car): swimming pool, wellness area, ice rink...
Thermal baths of Saint-Gervais (Le Fayet) at 11km. Chamonix Mont-Blanc 35 minutes by car, Annecy and Lake Geneva 1 hour away.
Many hikes to practice on the sector all seasons.
