The legacy began in 1847 when a family of potters called Hertz came to Annecy. It became La Poterie d'Annecy in 1950 and moved to St Jorioz in 1963 to keep the legacy alive in the 21st century under the name of La Poterie du Lac.

Our studio sits between the lake and mountains and keeps seven generations of Savoie tradition alive. We are proud to adorn the best tables in both Savoie areas. Step into our shop and experience our work and the unique expertise whose values and authenticity we uphold.
