Independent traditional Savoyard chalet of 51m² + large storage space of 20m² located in the village of Chinaillon, an ideal area for summer and winter stays (at the foot of the slopes). Ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children.
Chalet arranged on 2 levels:
1st floor of the chalet (access by steep stairs): kitchen area, living / dining room with corner sofa, television, dining table, balcony access on the village side and access to the wooden terrace on the slopes and mountains side. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm).
Ground floor: bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 3 (2 bunk beds 90x190cm). Bathroom (shower), separate wc. Large storage space. Washing machine.
Entrance by ground floor or by 1st floor (exterior staircase).
Bed linen/sheets and towels not provided. Washing machine.
Private terrace with view of the mountains, garden furniture (forest table), deckchairs, electric barbecue, parasol. Little garden. Private parking on site in summer (gravel path on the last few meters), parking 80m away in case of snow.
Skiing: the chalet has a ski room, with boot dryer, ski rack, helmet storage... Grand-Bornand/Chinaillon slopes on site (run runs alongside the chalet). Shuttle stop at 100m. Center of the village of Chinaillon (shops, restaurants) 5min walk. Grand-Bornand center (swimming pool, ice rink, activities, etc.) 6km away.
Lake Annecy (swimming) 32km. Many hikes from the cottage.
