Exceptional view for this beautiful cottage in the cottage of the owners at the top of the neck of the Fry cross, between the village of Manigod and La Clusaz. The cottage is located at the foot of the slopes winter and near many hiking trails in the Aravis summer. Access to the indoor pool of the hotel owners.

Atmosphere blending wood and modernity or benefits and high quality materials qualify this Gîte of 76m² on the ground floor of the chalet owners. Independant entrance (access by outside staircase from the parking lot). Kitchen open to living: TV 102 cm, sofa, 1 bed 90 in alcove, access to the terrace overlooking panoramic mountain... 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm), 2 bedroom (2 beds 90x200cm can be twinned), 1 bathroom (whirlpool) and 1 bathroom (shower, WC), 1 wc, laundry next to the cottage (washer and dryers, ski storage, bikes). Linens and towels provided. Terrace garden with furniture, barbecue. Parking. Unlimited access to the wellness area with indoor swimming pool of the hotel-restaurant owners located next to the chalet (depending on dates and opening hours). Activities: Skiing (La Croix Fry-Merdassier connected to the La Clusaz field) on Lake Annecy, 27km, Annecy 33km beaches. Many walks summer/winter out of the cottage. All shops in La Clusaz 8km. 3 weeks-10%.
