Gîte of 130m2 fitted out on the ground floor of the owners' house. Common entrance from the courtyard. Integrated kitchen, large living room with fireplace, TV, giving access to the terrace. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV, private bathroom), Bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds 90x200cm, bathroom with shower and WC), Bedroom 3 (2 beds 80x200cm that can be combined into a 160cm bed, bathroom with shower ), separate WC. Terrace with furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and parasols. Sheets and towels are included. Wi-Fi internet. Center of Megève 800m (10 minutes on foot) by flat road. In winter, skiing at 1km (Rochebrune cable car - Megève - Saint-Gervais ski area) or Caboche gondola (town center) at 800 m. Megève Sports Center 1.5km away (swimming pools, wellness area, ice rink, gym), 18-hole golf course 5km away. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 15km away. Many hikes nearby in all seasons. 10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks. A maximum of 2 animals are accepted in the gîte.
