Beautiful 160m² detached house on two levels in Vinzier, in the heart of the Pays de Gavot, between Lake Geneva and the Portes du Soleil - Abondance Valley. This old country farmhouse has been fully restored with quality materials. A quiet location.

Ground floor:
- Entrance hall
- Kitchen opening onto the dining room: American-style refrigerator, range cooker, dining table, and mountain views from a large fixed window.
- Access to the garden and terrace.
- Office space with sofa and desk (computer screen available).
- 1 separate toilet.
- Laundry room (one step) with washing machine and dryer, sink, and storage.
Upstairs:
- Magnificent living room with parquet flooring, wood-burning stove, sofas, and smart TV.
- 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom 1 (180x200cm bed, balcony, bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet), bedroom 2 (2 80x200cm beds that can be joined to create a 160cm double bed upon request), bedroom 3 (2 90x200cm beds that can be joined into a trundle bed).
- Bathroom: 2 sinks, shower, toilet.
Wi-Fi internet (fiber). Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning optional. Central heating via heat pump (underfloor heating on both levels).

You will be welcomed by the owners' family who live in the neighboring house. They have access to a small room at the back of the house (only for bicycle storage and storage).
