Magnificent apartment of 130m² (+28m² attic) made and tastefully decorated by the owner. The gîte is housed in an old renovated traditional farmhouse which also includes the owners' accommodation and another gîte (reference 136194). Capacity up to 11 people.

Independent entrance. Large living room with kitchen open to dining room and living room (central fireplace with wood provided, television, dvd player) access to the private terrace on the same level.
3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, bathroom), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, bathroom), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm and 1 bed 90x190cm). Blackout curtains. Bathroom (shower), 2 separate toilets.
Mezzanine above the living room with 2 convertible sofa beds. Cellar/laundry room with additional refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. Skiroom with boot dryer.
Wifi internet access. Everything is included: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and access to the Scandinavian Spa (common to the 2 gites).
Private wooden terrace with view of the mountains and meadows, garden and relaxation furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, parasol. Balcony. Large grounds around the chalet (ideal for children in summer and winter). Private parking (gravel road on the last meters).
Skiing: Chinaillon ski lifts at 600m. Shuttle stop at 200m. Center of the village of Chinaillon (shops, restaurants) at 1.5km. Grand-Bornand center (swimming pool, ice rink, activities, etc.) 6km away.
Lake Annecy (swimming) 32km. Many hikes from the cottage.
