Fitted kitchen open to the living room (rapid sofa bed 140cm, television), access to the terrace and private garden. Bedroom (1 bed 160cm). Bathroom with shower. Independent WC. Sheets are provided. Local skis and bicycles with laundry area (washing machine and dryer). Terrace and private garden in front of the gite, garden furniture (forest table), deck chairs, barbecue. Private parking in front of the house. Common courtyard. Center of the village of Bernex at 500m, Bernex ski resort at 700m, Portes du Soleil ski area, Abondance at 17km, Châtel at 28km. Shuttle by small train in winter (stop in front of the cottage). Cross-country skiing in Abondance and La Chapelle d'Abondance (22km). La Beunaz leisure center in Saint-Paul-en-Chablais 2.5 km away. Lake Geneva, Evian-les-Bains, thermal baths, Golf, etc. at 13km. Thonon-les-Bains at 18km. 1 only small animal accepted. 10% discount for 3 consecutive weeks.
