5 three-star apartments in the heart of the village, in one of the oldest houses in Samöens, dating back to 1660. Spacious, comfortable apartments in a large garden with a view of Le Criou mountain. Beds prepared before arrival. Accommodation for 6 to 8 people. Private parking.

La Maison de la Régence, an old historic residence dating back to 1660, located in the heart of Samoëns, has been completely renovated into 5 large apartments, rated 3 *** furnished, for 5/7 people, with private parking, garden, park and unobstructed views of the Samoëns landscape and mountains (le Criou, le Tuet, les Saix...).
Each apartment is equipped as follows:
- Living room : LCD flat-screen TV, DVD player, Satellite pre-equipment (bring your Canal Sat or TPS receiver).
- Equipped kitchen Refrigerator and freezer, Oven, Microwave, Ceramic hob, Dishwasher, Raclette machine and other household appliances.
