Opposite Les Dômes de Miage (mountain), 300m from ski lifts and 800m from village centre. Gîte (103 sq. m., separate entry) in old farmhouse comprising 2 other gîtes et owners' home. Kitchen opening onto living room/lounge, 4 bedrooms (beds: 4 double, 2 single bunk, 2 single), bathroom, shower room, 2 WCs. Bed et household linen supplied. Beds made on arrival. Large wooden deck, (garden furniture), BBQ, 3 private parking places. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. Winter: 120km of ski slopes, cross-country skiing, ice rink, snow-shoeing. Summer: hiking/riding on the doorstep, leisure centre (tennis, lake, climbing, etc.) 1.5km. Spa at Saint-Gervais 15km. Departure point for 'Tour du Mont Blanc'. Can be rented together with gîte 85010 and/or 85037.

Sheets and household linen provided. Beds made. Beautiful wooden terrace with garden furniture and plancha, private parking (3 cars). Reduction stay 3 weeks -10%. In winter: 120km of trails, cross-country skiing, skating rink, snowshoeing. In summer: leisure center 1.5km away (tennis, lake, climbing, etc.). Hiking on site. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 15km away. Start of the trail for the Tour du Mont Blanc.
