Gîte of 55m² (+ 20m² attic) arranged on the ground floor (access by 2 steps) of an old, fully restored traditional farmhouse also comprising 2 owner accommodations on the lower level. Capacity 4 to 6 people maximum (with supplement for additional adults).

Beautiful living room with fitted kitchen open to living room and dining area (bar with stools, television, sofa bed, armchairs, dining table).
2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 electric 140x190cm bed, television), bedroom 2 (1 140x190cm bed), sleeping area on the mezzanine above the living room (maximum height 130cm) with 1 140cm bed and 2 80cm beds.
Bathroom (shower), 1 separate toilet.
Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen also provided. End of stay cleaning optional.
Underfloor central heating. Shared washing machine with the owner.
Private terrace area in front of the cottage with garden furniture and large garden-ground shared with the owners on the front of the chalet for a relaxing moment surrounded by mountains, magnificent panorama (Etale, Mont-Charvin). Ping-pong table, garden table, deckchairs, plancha, small pool of water... 2 private parking spaces.
The owner, mountain guide can advise you on the many summer and winter hikes from and near the chalet. The owner is also a fishing activity specialist.
Skiing (La Croix Fry-Merdassier linked to the La Clusaz area) 10km, shuttle stop 4km away in the center of the village (winter only, access to La Croix Fry, Merdassier, La Clusaz). Center of the village of Manigod (bakery, bar-restaurant, tourist office) at 4kmm. Thônes (all shops, activities) 10km. La Clusaz 17km. Lake Annecy, beaches 24km, Annecy 30km.
