5 minutes by car from the center of the Carroz resort: 138m2 gîte converted into a duplex in an old Savoyard farm, completely renovated in a very beautiful contemporary chalet style.
The cottage offers a view of the surrounding mountains thanks to the large openings located on the South and West facades.
The house also has another gîte, as well as independent owner's accommodation on the ground floor.
The gîte has its own private entrance (access to the gîte via a few exterior steps from the car park).
On the raised ground floor: fitted kitchen open to living room (TV, sofa, wood stove), separate toilet, laundry room, bathroom (bath), giving access to bedroom 1 (1 160x200cm bed).
Upstairs: mezzanine with office area and relaxation area (TV, rapido convertible sofa offering an extra 140x190cm bed), bedroom 2 (4 80x200cm beds which can be twinned on request into 2 160cm beds), bathroom (shower, sauna ), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm: beds separable into 2 beds 80cm on request).
Towels and sheets are included (beds made on arrival).
South terraces, including a large covered one with garden furniture and deckchairs.
Private parking in front of the entrance to the gîte (including a covered space).
