Gîte (38m2): kitchen (microwave), living room (double sofabed), bedroom (2 single beds), shower room/WC. Electric heating. Balcony, terrace, shared garden, barbecue, parking. Storage for skis et utility room shared between 2 gîtes. Towels supplied. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. Gîte alongside a road. La Croix-Fry Merdassier ski area linked to La Clusaz 7km. Thônes 3km - leisure centre et activities: Via Ferrata (assisted rock climbing), adventure park. Many hiking/riding tracks in the Massif des Aravis.
