In the heart of the Aravis, at 800 m of the area ski area of la Clusaz and 1.5 km from the center of the village, nice atmosphere Woods and mountains for this cottage with 2 rooms (2 to 4 people capacity) in a restored farmhouse typical of the region. Refined decoration.

Beautiful old renovated family farm including a gite, the owners 'home and two other owners' family homes. Independent access. The gîte is on the 1st floor of the house. Access is from the side of the house directly to the 1st floor (cottage on the same level as the parking lot).
Gîte of 39m² with small entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to living room, bedroom 1 (1 double bed 160x200cm, access to a small balcony with small garden furniture), small bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds), Shower room, Independent WC. Washer dryer in the bathroom. Bed sheets and towels included.
Private parking. Ski room. Central heating. Wifi internet access.
La Clusaz ski area 800m, shuttles 50m from the cottage. Center of the resort (all shops) at 1.5km. Les Confins (cross-country skiing, fishing) at 6.5km. Many hikes and walks nearby in the Aravis Massif. Lake Annecy 26km, Annecy 33km.
