La ferme des Pierroz

At the foot of the Mont-Blanc massif: warmly renovated 66m2 gîte in a very beautiful chalet spirit, in a completely renovated old character farm.
The gîte is located on the 1st floor, and has 2 terrace areas, and a very beautiful view of Mont-Blanc (+ Aiguille du Midi, Bossons glacier, Drus).
The accommodation consists of a beautiful living room with integrated kitchen open to the living room/lounge area (wood stove, TV, 140x190cm convertible sofa), bedroom 1 (1 160x200cm bed, private bathroom with shower), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), separate bathroom (shower, toilet), separate toilet, and laundry area (washing machine).
Everything is included: sheets (beds made), towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Wifi internet.
South balcony/terrace facing Mont-Blanc (table and chairs), North terrace (table, benches, barbecue). Secure ski/bike storage.
Private parking on site with the possibility of recharging an electric vehicle (reinforced socket).
Access to the gîte is via an external staircase. City gas heating.
The owner, a wine and spirits merchant, has fitted out the lower part of the farm to carry out tastings (development in progress). 400m from the gîte (6 minutes on foot): Flégère cable car (skiing in winter and hiking in summer: Lac Blanc), 18-hole golf course, and small shops (restaurants, bars, ski rental companies).
Cross-country skiing at 500m in winter. Shuttle stop (Chamonix-bus) 100m away, and Les Praz station 200m away: connection for the entire Chamonix valley to Martigny in Switzerland. Center of Chamonix, QC Thermal baths 2.5km (5 minutes by car). Marked path along the Arve to reach Chamonix (approximately 20 minutes on foot). Due to the construction of a chalet next to the gîte, the proposed rates take into account possible nuisances. No complaints will be accepted in this regard.
