Gîte (80m2), on the ground floor of an old Savoyard farmhouse renovated in a very beautiful chalet style. The accommodation is located near an authentic mountain hamlet located on the Col de la Colombiere road, at the foot of the Aravis massif. Ideal location for mountain lovers in search of authenticity and hiking (hiking or cycling). The farm also includes 2 other owner accommodation, and each has its own private entrance. Independent entrance on the ground floor raised by a few external steps: entrance hall with storage, integrated kitchen area open to living room (wood stove, sofa, Tv), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 x 2 bunk beds 90x190cm), bathroom (shower at 'Italian), wc, laundry / pantry. For your comfort, sheets are provided (beds made on arrival). Internet wifi. The cottage has a beautiful west-facing terrace, part of which is sheltered: double garden furniture, reading corner, deckchair, barbecue. Cenvillage du Reposoir at 800m: grocery store, bread store, restaurant. All shops in Scionzier 9km (15 minutes by car). Skiing in winter at the small family resort in the village 1km away. For more experienced skiers, the slopes of Chalet-Neuf are located 5km away. The Col de la Colombiere is located 8km away (grandes alpes road, connection with Grand-Bornand in summer): the owners can rent you electric bikes. Many hikes to practice all season at Col de la Colombière and in the Bargy chain. Chartreuse du Reposoir at 1km. Annecy and Chamonix about 50 minutes by car. Provide snow equipment in winter (access to the gîte by a flat 200m road).
