In the Pays du Mont-Blanc, on the outskirts of Megève: 66m2 gîte on the garden level of an old renovated Savoyard farm also including the owners' accommodation. The cottage has its own independent entrance (2 access steps): fitted kitchen open to the living room/lounge area (dining area, TV, sofa, desk), bedroom 1 (1 140x190cm bed), bedroom 2 (2 pull-out beds 90x190cm, sink), bathroom (shower), separate toilet, laundry room. Land, terrace area in front of the gîte with table and chairs, parasol, barbecue. Parking in the courtyard of the house (owners' side). Ski room. Possibility to rent sheets. The house is located along the Megève/Praz-Sur-Arly road. Megève city center 2.5km (5 minutes by car): shops, restaurants, casino, and Palais des Sports (swimming pool, ice rink, wellness area, etc.). Skiing 2.5km away in winter: Jaillet gondola (Megève/Combloux/La Giettaz area). Praz-Sur-Arly ski area 3.5km (6 minutes by car). In summer: Praz-Sur-Arly leisure center 3km away: summer swimming lake, water games, treetop adventure course. Mont d'Arbois 18-hole golf course 5km away. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 17km away. Numerous hikes nearby all seasons. Chamonix 45 minutes by car, Lake Annecy approximately 1 hour.
