The cottage has its own independent entrance.

In the gîte: entrance hall with storage, kitchen/living room (table and chairs, bench seat, ottomans), bedroom 1/master (1 bed 160x200cm, TV, private bathroom with shower, mountain view), separate toilet, bedroom 2 (90x190cm beds, TV, private bathroom with shower and toilet).
Depending on the snow conditions, it is possible to leave and return 'ski on' from the gîte (good ski level required).
Possibility to rent sheets and towels. Wifi internet.
Balcony, private wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and parasol.
Parking 50 meters from the cottage. From the car park, access to the gîte is via a small path (slight slope).
Farm in operation on site (heifer boarding): the owner will be delighted to show you her activity.
Given the descending road over the last 150 meters, snow equipment is essential in winter (chains).
Center of Megève 2.5km (6 minutes by car): shops, restaurants, and Palais des Sports (all-season aquatic area, wellness area, ice rink, etc.).
Jaillet cable car 2km: Megève/Combloux/La Giettaz ski area.
Summer swimming at the Combloux biotope lake (facing Mont-Blanc), or at Praz-Sur-Arly 7km away.
Mont-D'Arbois golf course 6 km away. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 15km away.
Numerous hikes to practice in the area and from the all-season gîte (on foot or on snowshoes).
