Warm gîte in an old restored semi-detached farm. Independent access and entrance. Gîte of 130m² (+17m² attic) on 2 levels. View of the mountains and the village of Châtel. Maximum capacity 10 to 11 people (supplement for the 11th person). The owners live in the neighboring chalet. Ground floor: kitchen open to the living room with its stone walls (dining table, sofas, television, wood stove with wood provided), access to the balcony and the covered terrace. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, terrace access), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Laundry room/pantry with washing machine, freezer. Upstairs: bedroom 2 (2 90x190cm beds, small TV), bedroom 3 (1 140x190cm bed), bedroom 4 (1 140x190cm bed + 2 90x190cm beds, small TV, balcony), bathroom (shower) / wc . Very attic mezzanine (access by ladder) with 2 90x190cm beds that can be put together. Private covered terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha. Balconies. Little garden. Private spa on the terrace with supplement (€200 per week or €100 if weekend rental) - to be paid directly to the owners. Wifi internet. Sheets and towels for rent, optional end-of-stay cleaning. Private parking next to the chalet (in case of snow, parking at the start of the path 100m away). Private ski room.
