At the gates of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc: spacious and warm gîte fitted out in an authentic chalet style, in the heart of an exceptional environment.

Gite of 126m2 arranged on 2 levels in an old renovated Savoyard farm also including owner's accommodation (upstairs).
The house is one of the oldest in the village of Servoz: an authentic hamlet in the Chamonix valley. Calm and preserved environment.
The gîte has its own independent entrance (access to the gîte is via an external staircase).
On the ground floor: fitted kitchen open to the living room/lounge area (TV, corner sofa, wood stove), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom ( shower), separate toilet.
On the 1st (access by narrow spiral staircase): bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 4 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom (shower, toilet). Wifi internet.
Private terrace with garden furniture (forest table, parasol, deckchairs, gas barbecue), large flat plot of land (shared with the owners) with covered area (rest area with benches).
Everything is included: sheets (beds made), bathroom linen, and end-of-stay cleaning. Parking in the courtyard in front of the chalet. Servoz train station 1.5km away. Diosaz gorges at 600m.
Restaurant and supermarket in the village 500m away.
Departure for hikes on site all seasons. Les Houches ski area 7km (Bellevue cable car). Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 14km (15 minutes by car). Saint-Gervais thermal baths 9km away. Snow equipment required in winter.
