At the gates of the Massif des Aravis, just 5km from Le Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz, beautiful atmosphere for this gîte in an old traditional farmhouse. Independent entrance. Shops and ski shuttles in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt 2.5km away. Lake Annecy 20km.

Apartment 54m² (+5m² attic) with independent entrance, on the 1st floor of an old renovated traditional farmhouse, also including the owners' home. Maximum capacity: up to 2 people + 1 baby.
Beautiful fitted kitchen open to the living room (access ramp between the kitchen and the living room), sofa, television, dining table.
Blind bedroom with opening only on the living room: 1 bed 140x190cm, storage.
Shower room: washbasin on cupboard, Italian shower, wc, washing machine and dryer.
Bed linen and towels provided, end of stay cleaning optional. Wifi internet access. Electric heating by convector.
Small balcony (entrance to the gite) with garden table and chair, parasol. Land / garden shared with the owners.
Shelter for 1 car + parking in front of the chalet.
