In the heart of a small hamlet, independent studio of 20 m², quiet and cosy for 2 people, ideally located between the Grand-Massif, Praz-de-Lys-Sommand and Les Portes du Soleil ski areas.

Fold-out sofa offering a quality 140*200 bed.
Bathroom with toilets and shower.
Small equipped kitchen for seasonal rental.
Private balcony and patio with view of the Pic du Marcelly.
Parking lot next to the house.

Bed and bath linen provided.
Weekly rentals only during the winter season and all school holidays.
Short term rentals (2 nights minimum) only during the low season.

We will be glad to recommend you places and activities for your stay in winter and summer. You can go hiking, snowshoeing... with a mountain guide starting form the studio.
