Cozy and refined atmosphere for this warm gîte fitted out in a 'contemporary chalet' style within an authentic renovated country farmhouse. Very nice view of the Mont Blanc massif and the Bionnassay glacier. Center of Saint-Gervais and cable car 10 minutes on foot. Quiet environment.

70m2 gîte on the ground floor - on one level - of an old character farmhouse completely restored in a chalet style, also including the owners' accommodation (upstairs), as well as another gîte. Each has its own private entrance. Accommodation located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Integrated kitchen open to living room and lounge (sofa, TV), bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet. Sheets are included (beds made upon arrival). Private south-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs. Private ski/bike storage located in a small annex. Parking in front of the gîte or next to the mazot/ski room. Shuttle 500m. Bakery, tobacconist, press, and ski rental 5 minutes walk away. Center of Saint-Gervais, Bettex cable car (Saint-Gervais ski area connected to Megève Mont d'Arbois) and shops in the town center 1.5km away: 10 to 15 minutes on foot. Saint-Gervais ice rink 800m away, swimming pool 1.5km away. Saint-Gervais thermal baths (Le Fayet) 5.5km away. Megève 10km, Chamonix 30 minutes by car. Many hikes nearby all year round. Snow equipment recommended in winter. Maximum capacity: 4 people (children and baby included).
