Gîte of 66m2 (+ attic mezzanine), on the 1st floor of an old renovated Savoyard farmhouse dating from the 18th century. Calm and preserved environment.
The ground floor is occupied by the owner.
The cottage has been completely renovated in an authentic chalet spirit, while offering maximum comfort: underfloor heating, wifi, solar panels, quality materials.
