In the center of the small hamlet of Salvagny in Six-Fer-A-Cheval: gîte (91m2) on the ground floor of an old Savoyard farmhouse completely renovated on its lower part (unoccupied floor).
The cottage offers a pleasant view of the surrounding mountains and the waterfalls of the Sixt valley.
In the cottage: entrance hall with storage, fitted kitchen open to living room (dining area), living room (TV, corner sofa), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 90x200cm + 2 bunk beds 90x190cm), bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet, laundry room.
Sheets are included (beds made on arrival). Wi-Fi internet. Floor heating (heat pump).
Terrace with garden furniture, parasol and electric barbecue. Ski/bike room.
Possibility to park 2 vehicles in front of the gîte.
Skiing in winter: family resort of Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval at 400m (ski tow), ski lift offices and ski lessons at 500m.
Shuttle 50 meters away (Salvagny): connection between the ski resort of Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval and the Grand-Massif Express of Samoëns.
The resort of Sixt is connected to the Grand Massif ski area by shuttle bus, and the return on skis is possible 300m from the gîte from the cascades piste (depending on snow conditions).
Local shops 1.5km away: mini-market, restaurants, ski hire.
Many hikes or snowshoes to practice from the cottage (ex: Rouget waterfall, Sales waterfall...).
Rafting and whitewater sports 1.5km away (Tines gorge). Rock climbing and via ferrata.
