We welcome you to Sevrier, between Les Bauges and Lake Annecy. We offer a double room or the entire top floor. Breakfast is included. You will share a bathroom with toilet with the other guests. Bicycles are available.

We are delighted to welcome you to Sevrier, between Les Bauges and Lake Annecy, which is 600 metres away.

We are sharing our villa (rated 4 stars as a furnished tourist accommodation) with you in this region that we love so much. We have named it La Dame du Lac, after a local legend...

We offer:
- a double room with a nautical theme
- the entire top floor, ‘Esprit Penthouse’
Breakfast included.
You will share a bathroom with WC with other guests. A washroom (without shower) is available in the ‘Esprit Penthouse’ suite.

Once a week or on request, dinner is offered to showcase the produce of Savoie.

We designed this place to live in and to entertain guests. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

You will have your own storage and work spaces. You will share the entrance and common areas, living room, toilets, garage, garden and terrace with us and other guests.

On request, you can use a secondary screen, connectors, keyboard and mouse, bicycles and child trailer, a tripod and bicycle tools free of charge.

Additional extras: stand-up paddle boards, kayaks and sailing boats.
