This sustained ascent is reserved for experienced walkers, but your effort will be rewarded by the spectacular view of the Aravis and the Arve valley.
From the Tourist Office, take the route des Grangettes. Continue for 1.8 km to the Grangettes car park, your starting point. Climb through the forest, and then the landscape gradually unfolds. At the Croix des 7 frères, the highest point of your hike, you will have a breathtaking view of the Giffre valley. Several legends are told about this place, giving rise to interpretations, each more surprising than the next.
