In the heart of a mountain hamlet in the Chablais, gite with terrace and landscaped garden on the ground floor of a beautiful chalet located at the foot of the slopes in winter and close to numerous hiking trails in summer. Lake Geneva 25km. An ideal setting for mountain lovers in summer and winter alike!

Independent entrance.
Entrance hall, kitchen open to living room (sofa bed) giving access to the terrace and the garden. Bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, mountain/sleeping area with 2 single beds 90x190cm bunk. Bathroom / WC, washer-dryer.
Central heating. Wifi internet access. Possibility to rent sheets. Storage room + ski/bike room in a mazot next to the chalet.
Terrace and garden offering a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Court, car park.
On site: downhill skiing - Hirmentaz station (possible return to the chalet on skis), cross-country skiing opposite the chalet. Shuttles in winter (shuttle stop in front of the chalet), toboggan run 200m away. Shops in Lullin or Bellevaux. Many hikes nearby (Green Valley, Chablais, etc.). Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains (spa town) at 25km, Evian-Les-Bains at 30km. Geneva at 42km. Annecy and its lake at 1 hour. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks.
