A very special day is about to unfold at the Institut des Floralies, a luxury medicalized retirement home.
Indeed, the Forget-Me-Not room has inadvertently been promised to two new boarders, Geneviève Ducourt, a charming old lady who's losing her head (but not her mind), and Pierre-Albert, an elegant old gentleman who spends his time counting everything that can be counted and remembering his lost happiness. The situation is made all the more critical by the fact that Geneviève's son, Martin, has other worries of his own, and Pierre-Albert's daughter, Eve, is anxiously awaiting a phone call on which her entire professional future seems to depend. In short, the extravagant but no less formidable director of the institute has to do everything in her power to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Otherwise, this "small" administrative error could well provoke numerous conflicts or reveal unsuspected tensions within the establishment...
