In the chalet La Cascade comprising 3 apartments, spacious gite of 270m² laid out on 2 levels (ground floor and 1st floor). Common entrance, lift (for access to the wellness area on the ground floor). Reference of the 2 other gîtes: 63050 and 63051. Grouping of gîtes prohibited.
Ground floor: entrance hall, large living room with fitted kitchen open to the dining room and living room with billiards, table football, 50-inch television. Cellar / laundry room with washing machine and dryer, freezer. Access to the terrace equipped with deckchairs, garden table and chairs, barbecue. 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs, 7 bedrooms with private shower room/wc:
4 bedrooms each with 2 single beds 90x200cm

Balcony. Common ground on the back of the chalet. Forest tables, plancha, parasol. Private parking spaces on site.
The chalet is located along the road between the center of the village and the Linga. Center of the resort, shops at 1.5km. Skiing (Portes du Soleil area): Linga gondola at 600m, Super Chatel 2km, shuttle stop on site in front of the chalet on the Linga road), many winter and summer activities in the resort and the Valley (ice rink, hikes, swimming pool , cross-country skiing, etc.). Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains, Evian-les-Bains (spa towns) 40km.
Parties, large parties, celebration of events (EVG, EVJF, etc.) prohibited. Owner Multipass member.
