The restaurant "La Boussole" boasts a menu of delicious and elegant seasonal cuisine. The Chef, Thomas Streit uses only French-sourced products, mainly from local producers.

Alan took over the reins of the Hôtel Beauregard restaurants with a solid background in gastronomic catering, notably in establishments awarded a green star. His cuisine, both gourmet and healthy, incorporates new techniques such as fermentation, maturation and gentle cooking, adding innovative notes to our menu. His career path promises a more complex, surprising and refined cuisine that will delight the most demanding palates.
The menu is deliberately limited in order to guarantee fresh produce that is always seasonal, which means a lot of hard work in the kitchen.
