Paragliding take-off zone.

Access: From Samoëns, take the D 354 towards Morzine via the Joux Plane Col. At the altitude of 1,627 m, leave your car in a small car park beside the road, and walk on from there. Take the path leading past the Mapellet chalets to the summit of La Bourgeoise.
There are several possible take-off zones depending on the wind conditions for the day. The slope is steep, so you have to take off at a walking pace!
Wind conditions: The south-westerly wind can be strong. It is not advisable to take off in a northerly wind.
Landing: Landing zone by the swimming pool.
