This 92m² single-story cottage is located on the ground floor of a chalet nestled at an altitude of 1,200m above Megève.
The owners have renovated this cottage into a true haven, combining authentic charm with high-end amenities.
The accommodation is all on one level and has its own independent entrance.
It comprises: a large living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the living/dining area (dining area, sitting area with sofa, TV, electric fireplace), bedroom 1 (one queen-size bed, TV, dressing area, private bathroom with shower and toilet), bedroom 2 (two 80x200cm beds, which can be joined together upon request, private bathroom with shower), laundry area with washing machine and dryer, and separate toilet.
Towels and bed linen are included (beds made upon arrival). Wi-Fi internet access.
Southwest and northwest-facing terraces with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, and a plancha grill.
Secure private storage area for your bikes, skis, or other leisure equipment.
