Detached chalet of 172m² (16m² attic) spread over 3 levels in a quiet area on the heights of Thones. High-quality features, accommodating up to 10 people maximum.
Access via the 1st floor via external stairs.
Beautiful living area on the 2nd floor of the chalet: sofas, armchairs, smart TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided), dining table, fully equipped kitchen, access to the balcony and the adjoining terrace at the rear of the chalet. 1 separate toilet.
1st floor of the chalet: entrance hall, 4 bedrooms with a shower room and toilet in each: bedroom 1 (two 90x200cm beds that can be joined to create a double bed upon request), bedroom 2 (two 90x200cm beds that can be joined), bedroom 3 (one 160x200cm bed), bedroom 4 (one 160x200cm bed).
Lower part of the chalet: games room with a double sofa bed, table football, and darts. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Ski/bike storage (access from outside or through the cottage).
Several furnished outdoor areas: balcony, terrace with garden furniture, plancha grill. Pétanque court. Forest table set up at the top of the property offering magnificent mountain views. Sloping grounds surround the chalet.
Parking next to the chalet. Electric car charging station (no extra charge).
Wi-Fi. Bed linen, sheets, and towels provided, beds made upon arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is optional.

All shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and a summer swimming pool are located in the center of Thônes, 5.5 km away. Hiking and walking trails are nearby.
