This charming chalet for rent at the foot of the slopes in fact comprises two small timber chalets (or "mazots") and has a surface area of approximately 70 m².

On the half-buried ground floor: 1 dormitory (5 beds including 2 sets of bunkbeds), 1 bathroom, 1 separate shower, and 1 separate toilet.
On the upper ground floor: 1 dining room with kitchenette and 1 lounge.
Upstairs: 1 double bedroom, 1 toilet with hand basin and 1 mezzanine with a double bed and a single bed
Beautiful SOUTH-facing patio. Car park.
Included in the price: bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning

The chalet is located 50 metres from the slopes and the ski-school meeting point. It is right next to the toddlers' "Snow village".
Ideal location with all amenities within 50 metres (bakery, minimarket, newsagent, tearoom, pub, sports shop, etc.)

The chalet is not suitable for young children or those with disabilities (steps without railings).

WINTER HOLIDAYS!

You can put on your skis just 100 metres from the chalet for direct access to the 265 km of slopes of the Grand Massif ski area (Flaine, Samoëns, etc.).

The top of the Grand Massif ski area (Morillon, Flaine, Samoëns, Les Carroz d'Arâches & Sixt) reaches an elevation of 2,500 metres from where you'll find yourself facing the Mont Blanc.

You'll have access to 265 km of slopes, 80 ski lifts, and 90 km of cross-country skiing trails.

The geographical location of the Grand Massif ensures the ski area benefits from excellent snow cover.

Skating rinks, snowshoeing trails and a whole array of snow-covered itineraries complete the wintersports picture for Morillon and the Haut-Giffre Valley.
