In Mieussy, typical middle-mountain village of Haute-Savoie, cottage of 40 m² on the ground floor of a house in 2008 also including the housing of the owners (floors). Enclosed garden with hedge and gate. Two private parking proposed. Proximity of the departmental road.
Warm wood atmosphere. Independent access. Integrated kitchen open to living room, living room with sofa and coffee table, TV 80 cm. Shower room with shower cabin and wc. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190, wardrobe and dresser), Bedroom2 (2 bunk beds 90x190 with storage under the bed).
Sheets and linens provided (beds made upon arrival). The towels are to bring.
Optional cleaning package. Washing machine available on request from the owners.
Access by the living room to the garage (storage for ski or bike possible). The proximity to the departmental road can create some nuisance (traffic) when one is in the garden.
Ski areas: Praz-de-Lys, Morillon (Grand Massiliation with Samoens and Flaine) at 12 km, Samoens (Gd Massif) and Les Gets (Portes du Soleil) at 16 km, Geneva at 40 km, Annecy at 60 km. From the cottage, many hikes. 10% discount for 3 consecutive weeks.
