On the program:
Educational tandem flights :
- Positioning in the harness
- Heading, drift correction
- Change of direction (90°, 180°, 360°)
- First approaches to roll and pitch control
- PTU and PTS/8 circuits
- Landing management
Ground work :
- Getting to know the equipment as a whole
- Canopy inflation and control
- Front and back inflation techniques
First radio-guided solo flights:
- Back launch management (inflation, tempo, trajectory control, acceleration)
- Heading in flight, drift correction
- Alternating and linking changes of direction
- PTU landing circuit
Management of wing movements in flight :
- Face launch management (inflation, tempo, turn, control, acceleration)
- Roll exercise
- Pitch exercise
- Piloting in the harness
- Landing circuit in PTS/8
Theory lessons :
- Basic flight mechanics
- Approach and landing circuits
- Basic aerology
- Training on the use of the reserve parachute
To take this course, you will need :
- A medical certificate less than 1 month old stating "no contraindication to paragliding".
- Good footwear (hiking boots)
- Warm clothing (windproof)

- Small gloves
