White water swimming that takes you into the heart of the river. With the help of your buoyancy aid and flippers, you feel at one with the waves.

If the water level allows, we will go into the gorges. With a maximum of 8 people per instructor we will explain all the necessary manoeuvres.
Each stop provides an opportunity for fresh instruction. We take the time to suggest exercises to ensure that your run goes really well.

When hydrospeeding, if the conditions are right, you can surf as much as you want in the smooth waves and the breaking rollers.

At the end of the run, you may not yet be a champion, but you will have learned a lot and the feeling of satisfaction will be immense.
