Very nice interior design for this spacious apartment located near the center of Morillon and the Grand Massif ski area.
Shuttle stop 50m away in winter (access to the Morillon gondola).
Wellness area (free) with Spa and Sauna.
Near the gîte: shops, restaurants, leisure center, and cross-country skiing in winter.

92m2 gîte on the 1st floor of a small private residence also including 3 other gîtes, as well as the owners' accommodation.
Very beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
Common entrance on the ground floor, and access to the gîte via an internal staircase.
Large living room with integrated kitchen area opening onto the living room (TV, pull-out sofa bed offering 2 extra beds 80x190cm that can be combined).
Bedroom 1 (2 80x200cm beds that can be twinned into a 160cm bed + 2 90x190cm bunk beds), bedroom 2 (2 80x200cm beds that can be combined into a 160cm bed + 2 90x190cm bunk beds), bedroom 3 (1 140x200cm bed + 2 90x190cm bunk beds).
Two independent bathrooms with shower (one with toilet), two independent toilets. Balcony with table and chairs. Wifi internet. Hydraulic heated floor (gentle heat).
Possibility to rent sheets and towels. Private ski locker with boot dryer. Reversible air conditioning (in the living room).
Ample on-site parking with one covered space per apartment. Electric charging station.

The residence is located on the edge of the main road, but the rooms are located at the rear of the building (on the side opposite the road).
Many hikes to practice nearby and in the Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval reserve 17km away. Samoëns at 4.5km.
Chamonix 50 minutes by car, Annecy 1 hour. Non-smoking gîte.
