Apartment of recent construction for 6 people, in the private "Les Hauts des Esserts" building at the foot of the slopes.
Fully equipped with all mod cons.

Kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, vitroceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee-maker, toaster and television. A lockable ski room and bike shed are at your disposal on the ground floor.
The Ski School, day nursery, kindergarten and beginners' slope are all just outside the building and visible from the balcony. The building is in the heart of the resort and close to all amenities (supermarket, bakery, newsagent, restaurants, ski rental outlets, etc.).

Winter: The resort of MORILLON 1100 is particularly well-suited to family skiing holidays.
MORILLON 1100 is part of the GRAND MASSIF ski area which connects to the resorts of FLAINE, SIXT, SAMOENS 1600 and LES CARROZ D'ARRACHE, offering 265 km of slopes and wintersports of every kind.

Summer: The apartment is just 6 km from Samoëns, a village in the GIFFRE valley that has retained all its authenticity. It is surrounded by breathtaking natural landscapes and a number of listed sites (Joux Plane Pass, Rouget Waterfall, Fond de la Combe, etc.). It is also near Mont Blanc, Lake Annecy and Lake Geneva.
