Playful descent: head forward, rush into the waves !
6 km route between Passy and Sallanches supervised by Thomas (independent instructor).

Itinerary, briefing and preparation :

Welcome at the edge of the river, presentation of the team, the material and your equipment.
Then we take care of equipping you from head to toe with quality hardware adapted to your size.

Navigating :
Warm-up and fun and educational exercises in the first part to apprehend the float and fins. You will learn to catch up on current, glide, rock climbing, jumps, surfing static waves !

Specific hardware provided : Full suit, jacket, neoprene slippers, vest, helmet.

Remenber to bring a swimsuit and a towel.
