The location is particularly privileged, with everything accessible on foot. The Figaro magic carpet, which provides access to the gondola, is just 140 metres away, as are the rail toboggan run and the mountain bike trails reached via the gondola. The sledging slope and the shuttle stop are located 150 metres from the property. The nearest shops — bakery, snack bar and restaurants — are only 40 metres away, and the village centre is a short 210-metre walk. Your car can enjoy a holiday too.

The half-chalet features a beautiful south-facing 15 m² terrace, fully furnished and offering unobstructed mountain views. Two private parking spaces, a large ski or bike storage area, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV complete the amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped.
