You'll start off on your stomach, then on your knees or seated, for a gradual learning curve in complete safety. 3 GROUP SESSION OPTIONS: - E.FOIL 30 MIN For avid board sports enthusiasts who want to discover a new form of gliding. 45-minute session accompanied by an instructor. Approx. 30 minutes on the water. Ideal for those comfortable with board sports. - E.FOIL 45 MINUTES In this session, you'll discover the beginnings of the e.foil discipline and progress gradually. 1-hour session accompanied by an instructor. Approximately 45 minutes on the water. Ideal for sporty or non-sporty people wishing to discover e.foil. - E.FOIL 1H00 For beginners who want to learn a new discipline gently and safely. 1h15 session accompanied by an instructor. Approx. 1 hour on the water. Ideal for e.foil beginners. Must be able to swim. Rental of e-foil + wetsuit, helmet, lifejacket included. There's also a convivial area for accompanying adults, with paddles, kayaks and electric bikes for hire. You don't need a wave or a boat to practice e-foil or e-surf, and because we're committed to preserving the privileged environment in which our bases are located, we offer environmentally-friendly activities. 100% electric and silent, our e-foils and e-surfs meet this requirement perfectly.
