The "Roche des Aravis" site is perfectly suited to discovering climbing in an enchanting place in the heart of the mountain pastures.
An introductory session with a guide is much more than climbing a simple rock! You will learn to belay your rope companions, to trust them, all in safety. It’s also about being able to overcome your fears and push your limits. In a group format, our climbing sessions take place every week during the summer season.
Three age groups:
- For children aged 5 to 7
(Beginner level, no prerequisites, maximum 5 children per lesson)
- For children aged 8 to 12
(Beginner to advanced level, no prerequisites, maximum 6 children per lesson)
- For teenagers aged 13 and over and adults
(Beginner to advanced level, no prerequisites, maximum 6 people per course)
Equipment required: sports shoes, small sweater and rain jacket, water and a small snack.
