Gîte of 130m2 on the 1st and 2nd floor of an old renovated country farm, located in the heart of a small, quiet and preserved hamlet of Châtillon-Sur-Cluses.
The gîte is located next to the owners' accommodation, and another independent gîte for 2 people.
1st: fitted kitchen open to a large living room (sofa, TV, wood stove), laundry room, separate wc.
Upstairs: distribution mezzanine/reading area with children's games, bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x200cm pushed together), bedroom 2 (2 beds 80x200cm twinned into a 160cm bed), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x200 + 2 beds 80x200cm high, bathroom private bathroom with shower), separate shower room (shower), separate wc.
Wi-Fi internet. Sheets and towels are provided (beds made on arrival). Option offered: cleaning during the stay.
Balcony facing the valley and the Giffre mountains, garden, south terrace accessible from the living room with furniture, parasol, deckchairs, plancha.
Parking in front of the cottage. Storage room for skis/bicycles on the ground floor.
For skiing: Morillon gondola at 8.5 km (about 10 minutes by car): Grand-Massif ski area linking the resorts of Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine, Les Carroz.
Praz-De-Lys Sommand resort at 15km (20 minutes), Portes du Soleil ski area from Les Gets at 20 minutes (12.5km). Nordic area of Agy 9km.
All shops in Taninges 2.5km.
In summer: Lac Bleu de Morillon leisure center 8km away (summer swimming, tree climbing, pony riding, pumptrack, etc.).
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 50 minutes by car, Annecy and Lake Geneva 1 hour away. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 35km away.
Many hikes to practice in the all-season sector, or in the Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval nature reserve.
